Health is life and negligence is death. Therefore, health and life should be manifest in the first plan of man. Without health, all our intentions, thoughts, plans and economic policies are useless. If this is analyzed realistically, it will be known that the speed with which man has lost the standard of health in modern times. Of course, various diseases and mortality rates are the proof of this. These main causes include factors like lack of awareness, unbalanced diet, adulteration of food and lack of exercise. Undoubtedly, health is not the problem of a single country but is universal. Effective strategies and awareness are needed for its solution. Because no society can develop and make life prosperous unless it enters into the system.

If our economic policies are based on philanthropy, it does not take much time to overcome the conditions and difficulties, but people can be on the path of health, life and prosperity in a very short time. To make this journey successful, everyone from an individual to the nation should be aware of the duties and ambitions to overcome the difficulties and hurdles and start an ideal life.

If you look at it seriously, there are still millions of people around the world who do not have access to health services at all. Those poor people are victims of poverty, inflation and unemployment. They have neither good food nor good housing nor good education.

Therefore, there is a need for government, NGOs and the private sector to formulate comprehensive, effective and long-lasting economic plans to control the above-mentioned problems and dire situation. So that people’s health and quality of life will change.

Come on! Make changes in our environment, diet, lifestyle and economic policies as soon as possible before diseases overtake us. Check your health before it’s too late and prioritize health and life by keeping in mind the principles of hygiene because our tomorrow is our children and generations. If they inherit the gift of good health and life, future generations will be able to maintain the quality of health and life.

Eat less but eat a quality and balanced diet to ensure good health. Live in moderation and be cheerful.

World Health Day is celebrated on April 7 every year since 1950 with the support of the World Health Organization, a subsidiary of the United Nations.

Caution in food and drink

For good health, it is important to eat a balanced diet and take special care to reduce the intake of salt, sugar and fat. If possible, eat fish once a week. Do not consume too much fatty and sweet foods as they lead to obesity. Do not take juice and boxed items but drink plain water, milk and sugarcane juice. Reduce consumption of meat cheese cake double bread and biscuits. After 40 years, reduce the consumption of salt completely.

Exercise habit

No matter what age a person is, it is important to exercise regularly to stay healthy. Exercise has numerous medical benefits. And on the contrary, if you do not exercise, the risk of heart diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol levels, stroke and kidney diseases increases.

Get enough sleep at the right time.

Our sleep patterns change with age, newborns sleep 16 to 18 hours a day, 1- to 3-year-olds sleep 14 hours. A three- to four-year-old child sleeps 12 hours a day. School-going children sleep for at least 10 hours and adults sleep for about 8 hours. Sleep plays an important role in balancing hormones. Do not eat too much before going to bed and keep your mind free from thoughts. It is better to recite or listen to the Quran before going to sleep.

Apart from these basic precautions, do not give your personal items to others like towel, brush, soap, Dettol, comb, razor, razor, blade etc. Even in some cases, you should keep your food utensils separate from others.
